User Data Deletion Request
CoachAssist provides a built-in account deletion flow. Users can request deletion of their personal data directly from inside their profile settings.
1. Delete Data from Your Account
If you can sign in, follow these steps:
- Log in to your CoachAssist account.
- Open your profile.
- Click the Delete Account button.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Once the request is confirmed, your account deletion process is started and your personal data is deleted according to applicable legal requirements.
2. If You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot access your account, send an email to [email protected] and request deletion of your personal data.
To help us process your request faster, please include the email address connected to your CoachAssist account.
