By using CoachAssist, you agree that the app is a platform for managing coaching workflows. The user who enters data is responsible for the quality, lawfulness, and relevance of that data.
1. Service Purpose
CoachAssist supports coaches with trainee management, workout planning, scheduling, session execution, and related operational administration.
2. Account and Access
- users must provide accurate and up-to-date account information
- users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials
- suspected misuse or unauthorized access must be reported without delay
3. Personal Data Entered by Coaches
The platform can store personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, trainee profiles, notes, and goals. The exact stored content depends on each coach's own input decisions.
Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis for any personal data they record, and for limiting data collection to what is necessary for coaching delivery.
4. Prohibited Use
- recording unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content
- attempting unauthorized access or service abuse
- reverse engineering the service or bypassing security controls
5. Liability
CoachAssist is operated with reasonable care for availability and security, but cannot provide unlimited liability for third-party outages, network failures, or user-generated data errors.
6. Service Changes
Features may be modified, expanded, or discontinued over time. Significant updates may be communicated through the app or related official channels.
