• Legal/GDPR consents and last activity time
• Trainee profile data: height, goals, about

3. Important Scope Clarification

CoachAssist provides the platform. The amount and sensitivity of personal data stored in each account depend on the coach's own data-entry decisions. Coaches are responsible for collecting and processing only data that is necessary and lawful for their service.

4. Storage and Security

Data may be stored in cloud infrastructure (including Firestore). CoachAssist applies technical and organizational safeguards, including role-based access patterns and controlled system permissions.

5. Retention

Retention periods depend on account lifecycle, coaching operations, and applicable legal obligations. Archived records may be retained to support service continuity and historical traceability.

6. Data Subject Rights

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction regarding their personal data, subject to applicable law. Requests should be submitted to the relevant coach and/or the service operator.
